Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Egypt Adventures does not store credit or debit card details.

5. Changes & Cancellations

5.1 Changes by the Customer

Requests to modify bookings (date, number of participants, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2 Cancellations by the Customer

5.3 Changes or Cancellations by Egypt Adventures

In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, alternative tour, or refund where applicable.

6. Pick-Up, Timing & Punctuality

  • Pick-up times are approximate and may vary depending on location and traffic
  • Customers are responsible for being ready on time at the agreed pick-up location
  • Delays caused by late guests may result in missed activities without refund

7. Health, Safety & Responsibility

By booking with Egypt Adventures, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation in tours and activities involves inherent risks
  • You are physically fit to participate in the booked activity
  • You follow instructions provided by guides and staff

Egypt Adventures is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents caused by:

  • Failure to follow instructions
