Free Cancellation

At Egypt Adventures, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your trip.

Customer Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email or confirmed communication channel used during booking.

Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, or bank processing times).

Cancellations by Egypt Adventures

• If Egypt Adventures cancels a trip due to weather conditions, safety reasons, operational issues, or force majeure, customers will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative date, or
  • A similar alternative trip
